Work Experience

Noraktrad requires a person to support the staff of the editing department at the Madrid office, mainly to do administrative tasks.
The following tasks are included:
- Administration, issuing and sending purchase orders to language service providers.
- Editing figures, drawings, images and text boxes for inserting in documents.
Requirements:
- Education: Administration
- Software: Must have knowledge of Photoshop.
- Languages: high level of English.
- Productivity software: Must have a high level of Excel, Word, Internet, use of email.
No prior experience is necessary.
Internships are for six months and are divided into two, three-month periods.
Noraktrad requires an intern to support the staff of the Vendor Management Department at the Madrid office.
The following tasks are included:
- Management, sourcing and optimisation of language service providers.
- Negotiation with language service providers.
- Updating language service provider databases.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Translation and Interpreting (preferable), Human Resources, Administration…
- Languages: high level of English. Other languages are desirable (German, French…)
- Office software: User level IT knowledge.
Prior experience in the position preferable.
Internships are for six months and are divided into two, three-month periods.
Noraktrad requires an intern to support the staff of the Financial department at the Madrid office.
The following tasks are included:
- Invoicing
- Supplier management. New contracts and Terminations
- Entering management documents into the system
- Document management and organisation
- Submitting documents to official bodies.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree, Diploma or Vocational Training in Administration or Economics.
- Languages: very high level of English.
- Office software: expert level IT knowledge. Knowledge of Excel.
One year’s experience in administration and/or invoicing is a prerequisite for this position.
Internships are for six months and are divided into two, three-month periods.
Noraktrad requires a person to support the staff of the Sales department at the Madrid office.
The following tasks are included:
- Monitoring customer CRM/production margins
- Follow-up of regular customers
- Support in acquiring new customers
- Customer visits
- Preparing tenders
- Preparing quotes, offers, etc.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Translation and Interpreting, Administration, Economics, Marketing…
- Languages: high level of English, Spanish. Other languages are desirable.
- Office software: User level IT knowledge. Knowledge of Excel.
Prior experience in the position preferable.
